Senior Investor Suspense Analyst

Own and manage complex post-closing investor suspense file escalations to drive loans to investor purchase. Use strong technical judgment to research root causes, review mortgage documentation, recalculate income, and interpret automated underwriting findings. Validate investor conditions, escalate when needed, and collaborate across leadership, loan delivery, credit policy, and mortgage operations to resolve documentation, data, and process gaps—while improving consistency across the team.
