Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the end-to-end post-silicon validation cycle to meet product quality and time-to-market metrics.
  • •Define, architect, and oversee comprehensive test, characterization, and qualification strategies across cross-functional teams.
  • •Establish cost and yield targets, architect and execute plans to reduce test time and optimize yield at scale.
  • •Define production screening guard-band specifications and lead transfer of new tests and test programs into manufacturing release with suppliers and offshore manufacturing teams.
  • •Direct complex component failure analysis, orchestrate containments, drive root-cause corrective actions, and oversee product qualification/burn-in to JEDEC specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •MSEE (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or related field, typically with 8-12+ years of relevant product engineering and silicon manufacturing experience.
  • •Deep, expert background in SoC/VLSI/mixed-signal IC bring-up, production and characterization testing, and product engineering.
  • •Strong track record leading yield data analytics and driving high-impact yield improvements, with advanced proficiency in statistical analysis and correlation.
  • •Extensive direct experience with device qualification and deep fluency in JEDEC qualification requirements.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Design for Test (DFT) architectures and ATE test solutions.
