Asphalt Plant Loader Operator

Operate heavy equipment inside an asphalt plant to move, load, haul, and grade aggregate and related materials safely. Perform pre-operational equipment checks and routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and refilling. Coordinate materials handling and equipment usage with the Plant Manager, while applying knowledge of equipment capabilities, traffic and safety rules, and safe operating practices. Keep records and communicate effectively in outdoor, long-hours work conditions.
