Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and analyze growth opportunities across CRH and provide actionable insights to leadership teams.
  • •Conduct deep dives on strategic topics to support leadership decision-making on priorities.
  • •Support the annual-wide strategic planning process, including regional business strategy reviews.
  • •Assess emerging business models and adjacent markets, preparing memos, proposals, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • •Partner with Group Strategy, Innovation and Ventures to evaluate and implement projects, pilots, partnerships, and investments.
  • •Synthesize industry trends into real-time insights and contextualize them with current CRH efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field.
  • •4+ years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or similar.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.
  • •Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, with the ability to perform under deadline pressure.
  • •Knowledge of and/or experience in the Construction and Building Materials sectors is a plus.
