Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, install, implement, and commission I&C equipment, including performance validation for new systems and facility expansion.
  • •Develop and consolidate technical specifications from internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations, permits, and internal standards.
  • •Provide maintenance and operational support, including training materials, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and data-driven quality improvement.
  • •Reduce operational costs (e.g., energy conservation and resource efficiency) through continuous improvement and technical value engineering.
  • •Lead risk reduction and safety improvement by performing FMEA and delivering corrective countermeasures; collaborate globally and create technical reports/publications.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience with equipment control systems and PLC programming/control, including Building Automation and Process Automation.
  • •3+ years of experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Process Automation systems.
  • •Knowledge of instrumentation and control engineering, including SCADA-based monitoring systems.
  • •Working knowledge of IT infrastructure (virtual servers, Windows-based systems, storage, databases, and networking).
  • •General knowledge of safety/fire/environmental protection and relevant legal requirements, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
