Key Responsibilities

  • •Own accurate and timely month-end close activities, accounts reconciliations, and corporate reporting.
  • •Conduct detailed variance analyses and investigate unusual trends impacting financial results.
  • •Review Balance Sheet accounts and validate assumptions for key reserves and accruals.
  • •Oversee accounting activities performed by Capgemini, including reviewing desk top procedures and cadency tasks, and providing guidance and training.
  • •Support finance transformation initiatives, including automation projects and managing UAT for new processes/enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
  • •CPA or CPA Candidate is preferred.
  • •Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, or financial analysis.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
  • •Strong MS Excel skills; experience with SAP/BW reporting tools is required.
