Job Summary

Direct and coordinate the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of construction projects in a local operation. Manage project changes and specifications while overseeing safety processes, multiple construction crews, and project budgeting. Develop and communicate daily, 2-week, and 90-day schedules, coordinate materials and trucks, track quantities and costs, manage subcontractors and close-outs, and ensure deadlines and cost/revenue forecasts are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct and coordinate the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of construction projects, including project changes and specs.
•Manage multiple construction crews and oversee project budget review with plans to improve cost/schedule.
•Develop and communicate daily, 2-week, and 90-day schedules; coordinate materials and trucks and schedule equipment moves, subcontractors, and traffic control.
•Track and manage daily quantities and costs, run weekly progress and cost reviews, and maintain material submittals/approvals tracking.
•Handle subcontractor payment, project close-out and retainage payment, and track change orders/estimating while ensuring deadlines and cost/revenue forecasts are met.

Key Requirements

•High School diploma or GED with 5 years of construction experience.
•Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or related field) or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
•Experience in mining, engineering, construction, or manufacturing environments.
•High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
•Valid State driver’s license and strict adherence to safety requirements and company procedures.
