Job Summary

Lead the Product Performance group that defines and scales the enterprise product development lifecycle for MI’s Enterprise Solutions. You’ll streamline PDLC governance, drive Tier 1 go-to-market execution, and build an analytics-led culture that turns data into actionable strategy. Partner with Product Leads and executives to improve delivery processes, establish a single source of truth across tools like Aha! Roadmap and Pendo, and sponsor AI-driven improvements to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, scale, and mentor the Product Performance function, including Product Delivery and Product Operations teams.
•Set the strategic vision and framework for the PDLC, overseeing governance of operating rituals such as planning, QBRs, kickoff events, and demo days.
•Direct the delivery-first framework and strategy for critical Tier 1 product launches.
•Champion a data-driven culture by guiding analytics strategy and translating insights into business strategy.
•Define and sponsor the operational tool stack roadmap and data integrity initiatives, and integrate AI solutions to accelerate the PDLC.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 127,470 - 207,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience leading Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or Go-to-Market teams, preferably in enterprise software or financial services.
•Proven track record building, mentoring, and leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
•Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and ability to design and govern operating rhythms at enterprise scale.
•Executive-level analytical mindset, with experience directing analytics strategy and interpreting complex data to drive decisions.
•Experience acting as an executive sponsor for change management and adoption of product management ecosystems.
