Key Responsibilities

•Lead small- to medium-size proposals with limited supervision, supporting larger pursuits as needed from capture through the interview phase.
•Perform detailed RFP/RFQ analysis and develop compliance matrices to ensure client requirements are addressed.
•Develop and manage proposal schedules, coordinating milestones and deadlines for timely, compliant submissions.
•Coordinate proposal content development (outlines, templates, content plans) and collaborate with technical teams for cohesive messaging.
•Lay out proposals in InDesign, perform high-level editing, and facilitate Pink/Red Team reviews with revision management to strengthen competitiveness.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience collaborating within a marketing team to lead and/or support proposal activities.
•Working knowledge of proposal and presentation strategy, including organization, writing, production, and marketing best practices, processes, and tools.
•Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
•Ability to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling deliverables and demonstrate leadership and initiative.
