Key Responsibilities

•Identify and validate high-quality expert participants to improve platform integrity against fraud and misuse.
•Shape an emerging verification-focused problem space by finding, validating, and modeling signals for participant quality.
•Build and iterate production-ready applied ML and statistics systems that meet practical constraints.
•Define hypotheses, experiments, and metrics from loosely defined product/customer problems.
•Collaborate comfortably with other teams while proposing solutions on ambiguous problems.

Key Requirements

•Deep expertise in an applied ML, statistics, or data science specialism (e.g., risk modelling, LLM detection, reinforcement learning).
•3+ years applying ML, AI research, or data science to real problems.
•Python skills sufficient to build, test, and iterate on working prototypes independently.
•Judgement about when to use simple statistics, classical ML, LLMs, or agentic approaches.
•Turn loosely defined product/customer problems into clear hypotheses, experiments, and metrics.
