Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for major rail and transit programs to achieve client, regulatory, operational, and business objectives.
  • •Establish and maintain an integrated program management framework across engineering, construction, systems, testing/commissioning, and operational readiness.
  • •Oversee rail systems and operations integration, including testing, commissioning, operational readiness, and handover; guide asset management and reliability requirements.
  • •Serve as senior safety leader and ensure compliance with rail regulatory requirements, industry standards, and safety certification processes, including risk management and assurance.
  • •Lead client and stakeholder relationships, drive commercial and financial oversight (budgets, forecasts, procurement, claims), champion innovation, and mentor senior program leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Program Management, Transportation, Business, or a related field.
  • •Typically 20+ years of experience in infrastructure delivery, including significant leadership on major rail, transit, or transportation programs.
  • •Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-billion-dollar rail infrastructure programs with multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.
  • •Deep understanding of rail systems, infrastructure delivery models, regulatory environments, and operational requirements.
  • •Professional certification such as PgMP, PMP, APM RPP, CCM, or equivalent preferred; Chartered Engineer/Professional Engineer registration preferred.
