  • •Serve as the strategic L&D partner for senior tech leadership and SMEs, guiding SMEs in producing effective learning products.
  • •Drive learning culture across the tech organization through targeted communications, internal tech conferences, and interactive community events.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience designing and scaling learning programs in a corporate environment with strong L&D knowledge and AI methodologies.

  • •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong communication skills with a passion for creating engaging learning experiences; capable of strong public speaking and facilitation.
