Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead installations of technical systems, applications, or process designs for client technology and business process solutions.
  • •Manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users.
  • •Provide solution and integration development with Salesforce.com, including requirements, functional specs, design, custom development, integration, testing, and deployment.
  • •Design and document integration methodology and testing requirements; evaluate vendor API and interface specifications.
  • •Troubleshoot complex client issues and assist sales and sales engineering on technical prospect calls when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires 8+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree (or 6 years with a Master’s/Advanced degree) or equivalent experience.
  • •Ability to design, build, articulate and defend architectural designs primarily around integrations, including some basic UI components.
  • •Ability to support a dev ops process and build solutions using various software development practices.
  • •Salesforce Dev401 certification.
  • •Advanced knowledge of data management, SQL and RDBMS technologies, plus experience using ETL/integration platforms.
