  • •Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing skills development for analysts on regulatory interpretation and documentation quality.
  • •Coordinate preparation of executive-ready briefings, dashboards, and summaries for EPSRM leadership.
  • •Oversee analyst work to interpret privacy, security, AI governance, and business continuity obligations from contracts, RFPs, and laws/regulations.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in analyst methods, reporting, and tooling to increase efficiency and audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Public Policy, Legal Studies, or related field; 7+ years in privacy, security, compliance, risk management, or related field.
  • •3+ years leading teams or managing professionals within regulatory, security, or compliance functions.
  • •3+ years analyzing and interpreting regulatory, legislative, or contractual requirements.
  • •Experience in healthcare/government programs or other highly regulated industries with CMS program requirements preferred.
  • •Willingness to pursue CISSP, CISM, or CIPP/US within an agreed timeframe after hire.
