Key Responsibilities

  • •Support semiconductor process diagnostics and control using advanced imaging and image-processing algorithms to detect and dispose nanometer-size defects.
  • •Maximize the performance of new defect metrology products through deep understanding of customer use cases.
  • •Collaborate with leading-edge chip manufacturing customers in close technical partnership.
  • •Contribute to product development roadmap by defining specifications and validating performance.
  • •Provide informal guidance to new team members and work within quality and policy guidelines.

  • •Sound fundamentals of high-NA DUV imaging/SEM and light-matter/electron-matter interaction.
  • •Lab/fab hands-on experience in semiconductor fabrication with layer-wise knowledge of material, process tech, and defectivity.
  • •Detail oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • •Ability to collaborate in a team and also work independently.
  • •Open to 70% travel to leading semiconductor chip manufacturing fabs overseas.
