Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the Store per Puma brand values and service standards.
  • •Ensure the Store achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability through planning, expenses, and sales/service.
  • •Manage payroll to maintain profitability while delivering high service levels.
  • •Communicate/execute merchandise opportunities to Store or Assistant Store Manager.
  • •Handle and process incoming/outgoing merchandise and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 21 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment
