Job Summary

Lead the rebuild of watersheds GTM enablement function by partnering with Sales and Customer Success to coach, train, and develop reps; drive rollout and mastery of strategic initiatives across customer-facing teams; collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and Ops to translate strategy into field-ready execution. Based in San Francisco or New York with some travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the rollout, adoption, and mastery of Watershed initiatives (products, services, processes) by working closely with SMEs to deliver clear, accurate, and engaging enablements.
•Build trainings and programs that improve new revenue and retention outcomes through rep skill development and coaching.
•Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to identify skill gaps, build coaching plans that drive improvements in key sales metrics (e.g. pipeline generation, win rates, ARR, GRR, NRR).
•Partner with GTM Ops on call reviews, deal inspection, and forecasting practices to raise the bar on field execution.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer, Product, Marketing, and Ops to translate Watershed strategy into field-ready execution.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,700 - 164,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a closely related function in B2B Enterprise SaaS or complex enterprise environments.
•Operated in or supported a quota-carrying or ARR-influencing role with a strong point of view on sales and customer success execution.
•Demonstrated experience building and scaling enablement strategies that drive measurable sales performance and outcomes.
•Led complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end while partnering with Sales, Customer, Product, Marketing, and Ops.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and thrive in ambiguity.
