Key Responsibilities

  • •Build relationships with existing customers and net new strategic accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • •Develop and execute account strategies and plans, including deep account planning, mapping, and multi-threaded selling.
  • •Serve as a product and industry expert; qualify and build opportunities within existing accounts.
  • •Collaborate with Account Executive and Customer Success teams on enterprise expansions and renewals.
  • •Manage follow-up conversations and document all activities in Salesforce; travel to customer on-site on average about one week per month.

Key Requirements

  • •Enterprise or strategic account experience in a SaaS business, or an engineering background with strong closing skills.
  • •Experience working with large enterprise customers (10,000+ employees) for at least 1–2 years.
  • •Ability to understand and analyze use cases and demonstrate a highly technical product.
  • •Strong enterprise sales strategy skills, including complex account planning, mapping, and multi-department selling.
  • •Comfort using Salesforce to manage follow-up conversations and document activities.
