Job Summary

Support month-end close, variance analysis, and forecasting for a $90M NYCDOE contract and an approximately $50M LA28 Olympics contract. Prepare monthly and quarterly invoice backup, ensure intercompany statements of work are completed to capture costs across legal entities, and help with accounts receivable and balance sheet reconciliations. Drive process improvements through analytics and change management, including automation/AI for cost tracking and review of percent completion revenue recognition controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform month-end close cycle and variance analysis, including annual planning and quarterly bottoms-up forecasting.
•Collaborate weekly with PMO, DE, and CE to gather backup evidence for monthly and quarterly invoicing and close activities.
•Complete invoice backup materials for monthly and quarterly invoicing and present them to the customer’s procurement team for approval.
•Ensure intercompany statements of work are completed to capture costs across legal entities and support accounts receivable and balance sheet reconciliation with GBS.
•Support off-cycle month-end forecast activities and SFDC pipeline/model support for deals under $3M; review legacy processes for automation/AI and evaluate percent completion revenue recognition controls.
