Job Summary

Build AI-native systems for a mobile-first AI neobank app, turning manual workflows into production-ready automation. You’ll design and deploy AI-powered assistants, agents, and workflow systems across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, and payments. Work with LLMs and internal data via APIs, documents, and knowledge bases, while creating evaluation, monitoring, and safe fallback flows to improve speed, quality, and consistency for users and operators.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems.
•Apply AI across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, operations, and internal tools.
•Partner with product and engineering teams to turn manual processes into scalable AI-native systems.
•Create integrations with LLMs, internal data, APIs, documents, knowledge bases, and business systems.
•Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows; prototype, test, and productionize what works.

Key Requirements

•Strong software engineering foundation, preferably with Python and backend systems.
•Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, workflow automation, or AI tools.
•Ability to connect AI systems with real product, data, and operational workflows.
•Good judgement on when AI helps versus when rule-based systems or human review are better.
•Understanding of evaluation, accuracy, latency, cost, privacy, and failure modes.
