Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and systems for a food grade plastics injection molding environment, including capability, measurements, control systems, and quality standards.
  • •Use analytical and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., statistical methods, Pareto charts, failure mode effects analysis, Six Sigma/SPC/Designed Experiments) to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • •Maintain ISO compliant process and quality records and establish an audit function to ensure compliance to standards and specifications.
  • •Provide leadership direction, coaching, and training for process team members; plan and direct process technicians’ investigations, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
  • •Support process specifications, capital expenditure requests, and implementation of process control and investment projects to meet performance indicator targets.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum of 7 years in process, maintenance, or operations roles in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience in injection molding and/or automation is a substantial plus.
  • •Self-driven and motivated with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Demonstrated people leadership and strong interpersonal effectiveness to support a team-based culture.
