Job Summary

Lead and grow an enterprise sales business for GenAI and Cloud solutions across Singapore and Malaysia. Build high-performing sales teams, define and execute go-to-market strategy, drive new customer acquisition, and expand key accounts with executive-level stakeholders. Own forecasting, pipeline management, and business reviews while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Solutions Architecture, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver customer-centric outcomes and sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
•Define and execute go-to-market and sales strategy for GenAI and Cloud solutions across Singapore and Malaysia.
•Drive new business acquisition and expand strategic relationships within existing enterprise accounts.
•Build executive-level relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers across target industries.
•Develop accurate sales forecasts, manage pipeline, and conduct business reviews to support predictable revenue growth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, or a related field.
•Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders and customers in Mandarin-speaking markets.
•At least 5 years of proven Sales and Business Development experience for AI/LLM or Cloud products across Malaysia and Singapore, including at least 2 years of people management experience.
•Strong ability to influence stakeholders through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
•Strong understanding of enterprise customers, their business needs, and challenges.
