Key Responsibilities

•Primary Technical Partner Advocate: Be the face of Tenable for the UK partner community, building trust with partner engineers and making Tenable the default choice in a competitive market.
•Dynamic Field Engagement: Represent Tenable at key partner events across the UK and Europe, identify requirements, qualify opportunities, and coordinate internal experts to execute PoVs and win deals.
•Cross-Functional GTM Collaboration: Span internal and external teams, aligning with direct sales, marketing, and channel management to ensure channel strategy aligns with regional GTM goals.
•Translating Tech into Commercial Value: Translate Exposure Management principles into a commercial language that partners can market, showing how Tenable’s platform fits a partner’s strategy and adds tangible value.
•Strategic Partner Enablement: Elevate partners’ technical autonomy by leveraging Tenable resources, enablement materials, and internal teams to grow partner engineers into seamless extensions of the pre-sales team.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales or Partner Engineering, specifically in a two-tier channel model.
•Strong background in translating technical concepts into commercial propositions and partner-focused strategies.
•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with ability to engage frontline partner engineers.
•Ability to orchestrate cross-functional resources (sales, marketing, channel management) to drive partner outcomes.
•Self-starter with strategic mindset and experience enabling partner technical autonomy.
