Job Summary

Own and grow the Bath product assortment by setting assortment strategy, using data and customer insights to optimize mix, and improving category performance across revenue, margins, inventory health, and return rates. Identify whitespace, refine the product roadmap, and launch new bath products. Partner with Sourcing on performance, sustainability, and quality, and collaborate with marketing, site, and creative teams to deliver compelling launches.

•Own the Bath assortment strategy to deliver exceptional quality at accessible prices.
•Use data and customer insights to build, optimize, and scale assortment performance toward financial goals.
•Continuously identify whitespace in the assortment and refine the product roadmap.
•Launch and expand new product types in year one, including novelty towels and bathroom accessories.
•Partner cross-functionally (Sourcing, marketing, site, creative) to develop products, improve quality, and drive successful launches.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of retail merchandising experience in bath textiles, preferably with luxury expertise.
•E-commerce and/or DTC experience preferred.
•Demonstrated progression and continuous growth in roles and responsibilities.
•Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach with a critical eye for anticipating customer needs.
•Bachelor’s Degree preferred; experience leveraging data tools and external sources; excellent communication skills.
