Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute short- to mid-term departmental plans and support annual business planning for assigned areas.
  • •Monitor and report departmental KPIs and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • •Lead performance management, career progression, mentoring, coaching, and feedback for direct reports.
  • •Oversee immigration and government documentation processes, including Resident Permits, Drivers Licenses, Visas, and CID procedures, to expedite onboarding.
  • •Develop and communicate government relations policies/processes, maintain employee immigration files, track expiry dates, and renew time-sensitive documents to avoid fines.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and government policies to ensure compliance.
  • •Experience with lobbying, government relations, or public affairs to influence legislative and regulatory outcomes.
  • •Proficiency in research and analysis to identify legislative trends and assess impacts on HR policies and practices.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills (SAP HR).
