Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and implement employee wellbeing and safety engagement initiatives (e.g., physical activity, stress reduction, tobacco cessation) to support lifestyle modification and reduce health risks.
  • •Coordinate and lead group engagement sessions such as safety talks, stretch and flex programs, lunch and learns, and seminars.
  • •Conduct biometric screenings and individual health consults, then provide person-centered coaching and resources to support sustainable behavior change.
  • •Perform daily onsite rounds to maintain visibility and engagement, provide injury-prevention coaching, and support conservative self-management or appropriate referrals.
  • •Maintain accurate, timely documentation and data entry to capture coaching impact while protecting employee health privacy and supporting HIPAA compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in health sciences or a related field.
  • •Strong background in injury prevention, especially for construction, manufacturing, and transportation settings.
  • •Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment while managing time and prioritizing multiple deliverables.
  • •Strong presentation skills and confidence sharing health information with individuals and groups.
  • •Highly personable with comfort conducting proactive outreach to new people and populations.
