Key Responsibilities

  • •Update and maintain the construction master schedule by coordinating multiple schedule inputs and performance data.
  • •Deliver project and program status reports and prepare staffing, engineering, and construction progress reports.
  • •Implement planning and scheduling strategies, plans, and procedures reflecting company and contractor roles and expectations.
  • •Ensure contractor schedule integration and integrity within the program suite; provide interface and quality assurance to project groups and contractors.
  • •Perform critical path analysis and probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of applicable experience.
  • •Experience developing, preparing, reviewing, and baselining project schedules, including critical path analysis.
  • •Experience with scheduling and risk analysis programs such as Primavera P6.
  • •Strong communication skills, including the ability to interface with project teams and contractors.
