Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily inspections to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operations across mechanical systems, building elements, landscaping, and life safety/security.
  • •Complete repairs, maintenance, installations, and construction work across building trades including carpentry, painting, plumbing, minor electrical, roofing, and HVAC.
  • •Conduct inspections and perform required repairs/maintenance per OEM franchise program guidelines.
  • •Develop scopes of work for vendor repairs, coordinate with store management for timely completion, and run quality control checks.
  • •Serve as a 24/7 first responder for emergencies and manage work orders in the digital work order system, including photos and documentation.

Key Requirements
