Deliver secure, scalable Microsoft 365 transformation solutions as a Lead Staff Engineer, partnering with project leads and architects from discovery through implementation. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with project leads and architects on discovery and solution design for Microsoft 365 transformations, including requirements and migration/modernization roadmaps.
•Lead technical delivery for assigned components or workstreams, breaking down work, coordinating dependencies, and guiding junior engineers through implementation and code reviews.
•Design and deliver end-to-end M365 solutions across SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive using the right mix of out-of-the-box, low-code, and pro-code approaches.
•Plan and execute migrations and cutovers with testing strategy, content validation, training, and adoption/change activities for go-lives.
•Build and integrate Power Platform business apps and automations aligned to enterprise governance, including integrations via Dataverse, connectors, custom APIs, and Azure services.

Key Requirements

•8+ years delivering Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft 365 migrations/modernizations, with strong technical delivery and stakeholder engagement.
•Deep Microsoft 365 expertise, including SharePoint Online architecture and solution delivery.
•Strong Power Platform experience (Power Apps Canvas & model-driven, Power Automate, Dataverse) plus environment strategy and governance.
•Hands-on pro-code development experience such as React & TypeScript, including source control/branch management and modern web patterns.
•Experience integrating M365/Power Platform with enterprise data sources and external systems via connectors, APIs, and Azure services.
