SoC Chip Lead / design manager

Own end-to-end delivery of the first T28 industrial ASIC for the MSP M33 Data center business. You’ll act as the single technical owner (Chip Lead), overseeing the SoC flow from spec through architecture, RTL, silicon bring-up, validation, and mass production. Drive PPA, quality, cost, and schedule trade-offs while leading execution across RTL, DV, DFT, PD, and validation. Balance hands-on technical leadership with people management.
