Job Summary

Experienced Principal Workday Analyst to lead the Workday platform operations for a global organization, driving stability, compliance, and continuous improvement across Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Payroll, and Integrations. Manages a global team, partners with HR/IT/stakeholders, and ensures ITSM processes, SOX/GDPR compliance, and scalable Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end operational management of the Workday platform, including Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, and Integrations.
•Ensure platform stability, performance, and reliability across a global, 24x7 operating model.
•Monitor Workday integrations daily and weekly; proactively identify failures, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution of data discrepancies.
•Own Workday-related service desk and ticket-based support, including intake, triage, prioritization, investigation, resolution, and stakeholder communication.
•Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-impact Workday incidents and defects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in information systems, MIS, computer science, or related field.
•8+ years of experience in a related role with progression in scope and responsibility.
•5+ years of hands-on Workday experience with Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Integrations, Recruiting, Payroll, Security and Talent.
•Experience managing a small team of Workday Analysts and operating 24x7 platforms for a global organization.
•Strong understanding of HR processes, country-specific compliance, audit controls, ERP integrations, data privacy, and GDPR.
