Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap for Rain’s onchain product across smart contracts, chain/asset coverage, settlement, and payments, driving it end to end.
  • •Partner with engineering on protocol and infrastructure tradeoffs and translate them into partner-facing product decisions.
  • •Decide which chains, assets, and stablecoins Rain supports, building the framework across liquidity, security, cost, partner demand, and compliance/regulatory exposure.
  • •Drive the security bar for onchain work, including audits, monitoring, incident response, and operational guardrails for holding real value.
  • •Translate complex blockchain infrastructure into intuitive product surfaces and clear documentation, using partner feedback to prioritize and iterate.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of product management experience shipping products from zero-to-one through scale in a product-led environment with strong engineering culture.
  • •Deep, hands-on blockchain fluency, including shipped onchain products and the ability to reason about EVM and Solana mechanics, smart contract design, upgrade patterns, gas economics, and bridging models.
  • •Exceptional product judgment and analytical rigor, with a history of raising the bar and driving high-leverage work.
  • •Senior, autonomous operator who can define problems, drive plans, and own outcomes without close direction.
  • •Sound instincts on onchain security and risk, pushing for audits and monitoring and balancing shipping deadlines with real risk.
