Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advanced administrative and operational support to the SVPs as a key partner to the RIC and PSI leadership team.
  • •Own end-to-end calendar management and coordinate global, cross-time-zone leadership cadence (e.g., talent reviews, workforce planning, inclusion forums).
  • •Act as a gatekeeper by triaging communications, drafting executive responses, and managing follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Orchestrate governance and cadence across RIC and PSI, ensuring preparation (pre-reads/briefing materials), alignment, and post-meeting action tracking.
  • •Prepare executive-level presentations and briefing materials, manage travel and expenses, and handle sensitive employee/talent information with strict confidentiality.

Key Requirements
