Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all four shipping shifts and both Box Room shifts, plus all three Supply Room shifts, to ensure efficient coordination and execution.
  • •Control expenses and coordinate compliance with federal meat inspection and OSHA requirements while enforcing company policies.
  • •Maintain the union program and ensure prescribed records and reports accurately reflect conditions.
  • •Manage, evaluate, and train production supervisors; interview, hire, and direct work for team members.
  • •Inspect and maintain competence across housekeeping, safety, sanitation, security, and food safety; work with department heads to meet production quality and yield goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of OSHA, USDA, and HAACP regulations.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of team members and government officials.
