Key Responsibilities

  • •Formulate and agree territory strategic guidelines with the territory head and concept team, then provide strategic guidance to store managers on stock.
  • •Coordinate with the VM team to ensure season/new launches in stores.
  • •Perform seasonal post-analysis of performance and propose seasonal strategies for sales, price points, suppliers, brands, and assortment dimensions.
  • •Manage in-season order placement against Open to Buy targets, run weekly forecasting, monitor stockholding/forward covers/inflows, and recommend actions for exceptions.
  • •Visit stores on an agreed frequency, report findings and out-of-line situations to area managers and the concept team, and help create action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role and similar industry.
  • •Graduate degree in commerce or business administration, or a postgraduate degree in Business Administration, or a diploma in retail discipline.
  • •Ability to formulate and agree territory strategic guidelines with the territory head and concept team.
  • •Experience planning and managing assortments and inventory at department and item levels to meet business targets.
  • •Strong capability to manage store grading, widths/depths of ranges, and season strategies across sales, price points, suppliers, brands, and assortment dimensions.
