Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply and improve provided systems and tools for production line scheduling and dispatch to enhance efficiency and machine utilization for PWF and A&T manufacturing.
  • •Develop, maintain, and optimize scheduling/dispatch system logic, including ToolView/APF rules.
  • •Initiate and continuously improve PWF and A&T manufacturing methods and processes.
  • •Create, maintain, improve, and train on software, reports, and metrics for A&T line scheduling and dispatch plus planning.
  • •Lead or support site planning system enhancement and collaborate with other sites and cross-functional departments to share BKMs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Planning Management, Information Systems, Automation, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • •Experience implementing scheduling/dispatch for Assembly & Test manufacturing in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Knowledge of inventory management, simulation, optimization, modeling, forecasting, automation, statistics, data mining, and database management.
  • •Experience with data structures and manufacturing planning/execution systems, including familiarity with ToolView, MAM, SAP, and ETI.
  • •Proficiency with Python/Django, Tableau, Power BI, C#, VB/VBA, APF, MSSQL, and NoSQL (MongoDB, Hadoop, Cassandra), plus AI-enabled coding using LLMs.
