Job Summary

Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting, steering financial direction, strategic planning, budgets, and working capital to keep the business running efficiently. Manage accounting processes and IFRS-based treatments, lead budget and forecast cycles, and ensure accurate monthly/quarterly/annual statements. Drive financial reporting, tax compliance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional finance initiatives while coaching and developing the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

•Secure the company’s financial health and stability through end-to-end accounting and finance oversight.
•Oversee accounting controls, standardize schedules, implement quality reviews, and ensure IFRS-compliant accounting policies and treatments.
•Lead budget preparation, periodic forecasts, and financial analysis, including monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements for the company and subsidiaries.
•Drive core financial processes and reporting, manage financial performance indicators and variances, and perform ad hoc analysis and root cause investigations.
•Lead and coach the team, supporting talent development and succession planning, and serve as a key finance stakeholder in cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

•Oversee accounting processes and maintain proper books of accounts in line with corporate standards and local statutory requirements.
•Lead annual budget preparation, periodic forecasts, and financial analysis to support management decision-making.
•Prepare and implement accounting treatments and policies in compliance with IFRS, including financial statement preparation for the company and related subsidiaries.
•Manage financial processes and reporting activities, including operating plans and quarterly business reviews, plus ad hoc analysis and root cause investigations.
•Previous experience managing or supervising a finance team; bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) are an advantage.
