Key Responsibilities

  • •Secure the company’s financial health and stability through end-to-end accounting and finance oversight.
  • •Oversee accounting controls, standardize schedules, implement quality reviews, and ensure IFRS-compliant accounting policies and treatments.
  • •Lead budget preparation, periodic forecasts, and financial analysis, including monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements for the company and subsidiaries.
  • •Drive core financial processes and reporting, manage financial performance indicators and variances, and perform ad hoc analysis and root cause investigations.
  • •Lead and coach the team, supporting talent development and succession planning, and serve as a key finance stakeholder in cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Oversee accounting processes and maintain proper books of accounts in line with corporate standards and local statutory requirements.
  • •Lead annual budget preparation, periodic forecasts, and financial analysis to support management decision-making.
  • •Prepare and implement accounting treatments and policies in compliance with IFRS, including financial statement preparation for the company and related subsidiaries.
  • •Manage financial processes and reporting activities, including operating plans and quarterly business reviews, plus ad hoc analysis and root cause investigations.
  • •Previous experience managing or supervising a finance team; bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) are an advantage.
