Key Responsibilities

  • •Build direct business integrations by translating high-volume operational tasks into automated AI pipelines with SMEs
  • •Orchestrate agentic workflows using multi-agent patterns, RAG pipelines, semantic document routers, and state-machine automation
  • •Utilize and inform platform primitives by building integrations on top of Tier 1 AI Platform APIs and providing feedback for infrastructure design
  • •Enforce rigorous security compliance to protect data privacy and PII across departmental integrations
  • •Maintain code quality and governance through code reviews and robust testing frameworks for LLM outputs; mentor engineers within your pod

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of professional software engineering experience designing, building, and operating production-grade web applications, API integrations, or backend services
  • •1+ years of hands-on GenAI experience building applications utilizing LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, AutoGen)
  • •Strong collaboration skills working with cross-functional stakeholders and product managers to design user-centric software solutions
  • •Solid understanding of secure coding practices, API authentication (OAuth), and handling highly sensitive data (PII, financial records)
  • •Experience with RESTful/GraphQL APIs, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), asynchronous job processing, and integrating third-party SaaS platforms
  • •Cloud & DevOps proficiency in AWS or similar, using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern observability tools
  • •Pragmatic problem solver with ability to balance immediate business value and stability over over-engineered architectures
