Key Responsibilities

  • •Phone screen candidates and disposition those who do not meet basic requirements within open requisition folders in line with US Recruiting Compliance
  • •Conduct phone screenings using a standard questionnaire template and ensure it is correctly loaded into EightFold
  • •Recommend top candidates and schedule them for interviews or route them for further recruiter/hiring team review
  • •Liaise with recruiters weekly (or as needed) to shift recruiting priorities and update qualifications or pay strategy
  • •Assist with formatting and posting approved requisitions in SAP, support hiring events, and help source and research candidates using external resources

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • •Willingness to work night shift (9 PM–6 AM) Monday–Friday
  • •Willingness to work in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park)
  • •Minimum 2–3 years of experience in volume hire or relevant BPO/offshore recruitment experience
  • •Above-average English communication and ability to work in an Agile work environment
