Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Account Executives to understand startup requirements and translate them into technical solutions throughout the Claude adoption journey.
  • •Win technical evaluations by developing evaluation frameworks that demonstrate Claude’s fit for specific startup use cases.
  • •Build technical credibility with founders and startup engineering teams by guiding architecture decisions and supporting evaluation and design tradeoffs.
  • •Collect insights on how startups build with Claude, identify emerging use cases and deployment patterns, and share feedback with Product and Engineering.
  • •Travel to customer sites and startup-focused events for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.

Salary: USD 240,000 - 315,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer) or founder-led sales.
  • •Experience working with startups or high-growth technology companies and understanding early-stage constraints.
  • •Strong builder credibility from software engineering or technical founding; able to earn trust with engineering teams.
  • •Deep technical proficiency building and scaling AI products, including evaluation frameworks and modern AI architectures.
  • •Hands-on experience deploying LLM-powered applications in production; comfortable with context engineering and evaluation frameworks.
