Commis II (QA)

Support kitchen operations as a Commis II by assisting with food preparation, executing simple cooking tasks under senior chefs, and following recipes to maintain consistency and quality. Keep work areas clean and organized, support stock rotation and inventory checks, and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with plating and garnishing, coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure timely service, and monitor cooking processes like temperatures and cooking times.
