Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the design and development of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems for buildings and infrastructure.
  • •Ensure designs comply with ASHRAE, CIBSE, NFPA, local codes, and green building certification requirements (LEED, Estidama, Mostadam, BREEAM).
  • •Review and approve detailed mechanical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • •Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to detailed design and construction support, including technical reports, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
  • •Mentor and guide mechanical engineers and CAD/Revit technicians, conduct design reviews and knowledge-sharing, and serve as the technical point of contact for clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
  • •At least 15 years of design experience, including a minimum of 10 years on UAE projects.
  • •Membership in the UAE Society of Engineers and a Dubai Municipality Certified Engineer copy submitted with the application.
  • •Proficiency in Revit-BIM.
  • •Expertise in ASHRAE, CIBSE, NFPA, and local mechanical building codes.
