Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, prepare, and monitor overall business performance in RBW, including financial MI (FRP, monthly forecast submission, and on-the-ground financial submissions) and cost control monitoring.
  • •Support and plan implementation of staff incentive framework.
  • •Deliver fair outcomes for customers and ensure conduct maintains orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
  • •Build and maintain awareness and accountability for overall business performance in RBW, aligned with business strategies and objectives.
  • •Support operational and process re-engineering and enhancement initiatives, contributing to product management per Group strategy to drive efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Innovative, self-motivated, critical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to react quickly and positively in unusual situations.
  • •University graduate with a major in Finance/Accounting (preferable).
  • •Sound knowledge and experience in Business Finance.
