Job Summary

Coordinate and deliver Real Life Support (RLS) solutions that enable Army Collective Training Service exercises to meet British Army needs. You’ll manage RLS requirements across transportation and movement (including Dangerous Air Cargo), accommodation, catering, and compliant healthcare/medical support. Work with stakeholders and contractors, ensure governance/risk/compliance during transformation, report progress and deploy overseas when required.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and coordinate RLS requirements to deliver, sustain, and recover RLS solutions at the point of need, including transportation/movement, accommodation, catering, and compliant healthcare/medical support.
•Plan, develop, and implement tailored exercise transportation and movement support solutions for collective training events.
•Support the design and delivery of RLS to collective training and update it as necessary to reflect changes in the Force Preparation Schedule.
•Collaborate with stakeholders and contractors to ensure RLS is resourced and coordinated to maximise training outcomes.
•Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance standards are met; report progress, risks, and outcomes, and deputise for the RLS Lead when required.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience designing collective training exercise support solutions for British Army training.
•Strong background in RLS transportation and movement solutions.
•Experience managing multiple stakeholders and influencing at all levels of an organisation.
•Experience with programme governance, risk management, and benefits realisation.
•Security cleared or ability to obtain (SC or above).
