•Improve ads relevance, quality, and monetization by applying modern machine learning techniques to ads platform objectives.
•Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other disciplines to diagnose software delivery problems and optimize user experiences.
•Explore and develop core ads systems and algorithms including bidding, targeting, ranking, and reliable model serving.
•Conduct R&D on auction, recommendation, and deep learning problems and apply the technology to business scenarios.
•Improve system design and architecture for stability and performance, provide assessment/integration of components, and mentor senior and mid-level engineers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 264,514 - 450,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science/Engineering/IT or a related field, with progressive post-bachelor’s work experience totaling at least 5 years; otherwise, an additional 2 years of related work experience in lieu of the degree.
•5 years of experience automating and managing the full release lifecycle, including code development, build, testing, validation, and deployment.
•5 years of experience designing and implementing large-scale, distributed online services using Java, Go, JavaScript, Ruby, or Python.
•Experience designing and implementing software service architecture for high-throughput, fault-tolerant services, including maintaining and debugging software.
•Experience designing and managing databases for online services using MySQL or Redis, and using Unix or Linux operating systems.
