Job Summary

Supervise daily operations in a Carvana vehicle inspection and reconditioning center, overseeing the reconditioning process from inspection through quality and production execution. Lead and develop a team of up to 70 associates across multiple lines in a lean manufacturing environment, ensuring adherence to operating standards, health and safety, and loss prevention. Drive continuous improvement, coach direct reports, manage progression training/certifications, and meet quality, production, and cost objectives.

•Oversee day-to-day operations within the inspection/reconditioning center.
•Provide mentoring, accountability, and performance management to direct reports and support succession planning.
•Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
•Manage production capacity and assist with production planning to meet performance metrics.
•Lead continuous improvement, problem-solving efforts, and ensure health and safety and loss prevention compliance.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
•Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
•Experience leading and developing associates with performance management and succession planning.
•Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
•Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
