Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical delivery of Salesforce workstreams from solution design through development, deployment, and go-live.
  • •Run technical discovery and design sessions, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and client-ready technical documentation.
  • •Provide technical guidance on roadmap, architecture, and platform; lead and mentor developers while reviewing deliverables and upholding coding standards.
  • •Manage the development lifecycle including technical plans, risks, dependencies, timelines, and resourcing.
  • •Serve as the technical bridge across development teams, project leadership, and client stakeholders, maintaining documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practices.
