Lead Software Engineer

Build backend and full-stack capabilities for Mastercard’s next-generation Decision Management Platform, a real-time system used to score and approve billions of payment transactions. Own end-to-end technical areas—from problem definition and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. Design scalable services, APIs, workflow tooling, integrations, and user-facing experiences while mentoring engineers and improving quality through reviews and coaching.
