Job Summary

Lead a team of Adoption Strategists driving enterprise platform adoption across a portfolio of client accounts. You’ll manage and coach the team, build playbooks for discovery, rollout, and change management, and stay close to the most strategic, technically complex accounts. Own delivery metrics tied to win rate, adoption outcomes, services revenue, time to value, and renewal/expansion contribution, while partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering on escalations and strategic partnerships.

•Manage, coach, and develop a team of Adoption Strategists, including goal-setting and regular performance reviews.
•Establish and refine team playbooks and engagement methodologies for client discovery, rollout, and change management.
•Support the team’s highest-value or most technically complex accounts, including use case scoping, technical champion building, and proof-of-concept execution.
•Own delivery metrics such as win rate, adoption outcomes, services revenue, time to value, renewal/expansion contribution, and engagement quality.
•Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership on strategic partnerships, escalations, hiring, onboarding, and headcount planning, and report performance/capacity risks and needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 158,000 - 168,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field.
•6–9 years of experience in AI/technical consulting, solutions architecture, or customer success, including 1–3 years of direct people management.
•Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise AI platform (Salesforce Agentforce, Moveworks, Copilot, or similar).
•Demonstrated ability to build team processes and scale a practice through growth.
