Job Summary

Lead PLC projects for intralogistics systems from virtual simulation through on-site ramp-up. Prepare and optimize Siemens S7 PLC software, run software tests, and perform 3D emulations in TIA Portal. Commission highly automated facilities, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate the SPS commissioning team across international construction sites. Partner with customers and internal engineering/project teams to drive quality, schedule, and successful customer acceptance and ramp-up.

•Prepare and optimize SPS software (Siemens S7) for international intralogistics systems in-house.
•Execute software tests and 3D emulations in TIA Portal.

•Analyze and resolve technical challenges during testing and commissioning.
•Coordinate the SPS commissioning team on international job sites and align with customers and internal engineering/project teams.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Completed technical education (HTL, FH, Uni) in automation, electrical engineering, or mechatronics.
•Several years of experience in PLC commissioning (TIA Portal, Siemens S7).
•Experience with intralogistics, sorting, or conveyor systems is ideal.
•Structured thinking and independent work, with strong teamwork skills.
•Willingness to travel about 70% and very good German and English skills.
